In the first month, I earned a $9.97 commission and by the end of that year, I was earning $5,000 US per month in affiliate commissions. By the end of my 2nd year in business as an affiliate, I was putting $10,000 per month in the bank, and quit my job as an air traffic controller to start blogging full-time.<\/p>\n<p>You can read more of my history <a href=\"https:\/\/rosalindgardner.com\/blog\/about-rosalind-gardner\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To share my good fortune in having learned how to market as an affiliate only, I wrote and self-published my &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/rosalindgardner.com\/blog\/sah\">Super Affiliate Handbook: How I Made $436,797 in One Year Selling Other Peoples' Stuff Online<\/a>&#8221; in 2003, to teach others how to build their own profitable affiliate marketing business. The book has been revised umpteen times and the latest updated version is always available. In 2010, I opened Affiliate Blogger PRO, a membership site with video tutorials.
