Are you ready to venture into multi-channel marketing with your blog?
With BloApp (pronounced as “blope” as in “broke”), you can create your own iPhone app for your blog for free and it takes less than five minutes. OK, maybe 7, if you have to create a new 640 x 112 pixel header graphic, like I did.
But the process is super simple…
Just enter your feed URL, customize the look and feel of your app by uploading your own Logo and background images, and choose your font styles and colors.
Once done, you can either insert the Bloapp meta tag or upload their HTML document to your site.
Once verified, Bloapp produces a QR code for your to share with your readers.
Here's mine for this blog…
Just snap the QR code with Bloapp. Or, you can search for Net Profits Today using the Bloapp search function.
You can download the iPhone and Android apps in the following locations.
1) iPhone app: http://itunes.apple.com/my/app/bloapp/id436962200?mt=8
2) Android app: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.infindo.bloapp.activities
Best of all, you can make money with your new iPhone app.
You can serve your own ads either via custom HTML code or through your blog's feed, eg: Google AdSense for feeds.
And YOU thought creating an iPhone app would be hard!!
Check out Bloapp now.
Bloapp is a very essential app which can be used to convert your blog to an application within a minute. It is a very useful app which any blogger will need. This app is available for iPhone and Android.
Thank you Rosalind and this post enlighten my mind know about apps developments
Thanks! going to try that for my blog!
Wow Rosalind… I was just checking my email on the account I made just for affiliate sales like you recommended in your guide… the value you deliver just continues to compound. It was definitely the best $47 I’ve spent. I haven’t made more than 8 cents so far but it’s only because I’m trying to take notes on the wealth of info you have on the guide and I’m confident I’ll be making money in the 1 to 6 months you mentioned in one video. Good to see your site back up, and wishing you the best.
I had no idea we could do that, wow! Today’s technology sure is “out of this world” lol
Great article, I’ve also subscribed to your newsletter. Looking forward to getting all your emails 🙂
Just tried the android one. It’s far too easy. Thanks for the update.
Thanks to the post, I made some apps in the past but this thingy about blog app I don’t think is going to be useful for me.
Thanks so much for this information.
Yes, it was quite easy to create the app. But the process of downloading it onto my older iPod was quite tricky – and confusing, because you are just putting the Bloapp software app onto the iPod. I had to specifically search for my blog within Bloapp and get it bookmarked in there. Now, when I touch the Bloapp icon, my blog’s RSS feed comes up quite nicely. My next step is to add a logo – I wasn’t aware of the importance of the logo.
Hey Judy,
You weren’t the only one. I still haven’t uploaded my logo. 🙂
Cheers,
Ros
Wow, this is so cool. I will definitively check it out, it sounds easy enough to do. Thank you for this great tip.
Hi, my name is Lucy.
Do you use that app? It would be increase the traffic and revenues. I would prefer to build one theme for smart-phones.
Keep nice posting…
Lucy.
What’s the difference between a mobile theme and mobile app? Does a mobile app give more features than a mobile theme?
Yes, Exactly. Mobile theme for wordpress mobile theme is just like site, but App, is more complex. This App is for me too easy. It is like RSS reader, but why not spread the blog to the world?
