We have a new family member and travel companion - Buddha Boy Jasper (Jasper) - an 8 week old Chocolate Labrador retriever that we picked up yesterday from White Robin Kennels in Princeton, B.C. Ed mentioned this story to me yesterday and although I'm not shocked at Air Canada's failure to notice a passenger left on board an aircraft, I am shocked by their failure to properly compensate.
