Hello Rosalind, I read your (Revenue Magazine) article about Zango, downloaded their software and found out one of my names were being targetted heavily by competitors. I wrote the BBB, FTC, and Zango lawyer directly and within 7 days, to my surprise and delight, they removed my url from their system. They sent an offical legal note as well.
